Dikti jadwalkan MONEV Eksternal untuk UGM pada tanggal 14-15 Juli 2017. Untuk itu, UGM kembali laksanakan MONEV internal yang kedua sebagai persiapan bagi tim-tim PKM.

“MONEV Eksternal Dikti akan datang tidak lama lagi, oleh karena itu kami sangat serius untuk mempersiapkan kedatangannya, salah satunya adalah melaksanakan MONEV Internal yang kedua ini,” ungkap Ahmad Agus Setiawan, M.Sc., Ph.D.

MONEV Internal yang kedua ini diselenggarakan di Gedung S1 FMIPA UGM pada Sabtu (17/6). Sejumlah 129 tim dibagi sesuai bidangnya dan bersiap untuk presentasi di kelas masing-masing. Di sana mereka mempresentasikan kemajuan program dan capaian-capaiannya. selengkapnya

Category 1: Climate friendly and resilient cities

3.5 billion people live in cities today and their populations will continue to increase in the coming decades, especially in developing countries. Cities account for 60-80% of energy consumption and 75% of carbon emissions. selengkapnya

Swiss German University (SGU) is proud to be one of the leading institutions in Mechatronics Engineering education, therefore SGU wants to provide knowledge and expertise in this field. Two competitions depicting the skills of the Mechatronics Technique are believed to be a great medium for achieving this goal. Both of these competitions will be packed into an event called “Mechatronics Day”.

COMPETITION:  PICK AND PLACE MACHINE COMPETITION

Pick and place machine competition is designed as a competition to assemble a machine prototype. The machine function that is made is to move the object automatically and coordinated without external control one by one. selengkapnya

UGM memastikan satu dari delapan tiket dari Kopertis wilayah V untuk berlaga di National University Debating Championship (NUDC). Kepastian majunya tim UGM ke NUDC tersebut diperoleh setelah berhasil menjadi juara 1 di Kopertis wilayah V, tanggal 22 – 24 Mei 2017 di Griya Persada Hotel & Resort, Yogyakarta.

Tim UGM terdiri atas dua mahasiswa FISIPOL, Noel Hasintongan Simatupang dan Dhanny Lazuardy berhasil menjadi yang terbaik setelah berhasil mengalahkan tim dari Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY), Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) dan Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta (UAJY) pada babak final. Selain menjadi juara 1, UGM juga menempatkan Noel sebagai best speaker atau pembicara terbaik. selengkapnya
